With our clinical experience and knowledge of patients; a large portion of who we’ve treated in the NHS, actually have diabetes. Therefore, we have first-hand experience of knowing how the condition can personally affect your feet and how we can advise accordingly.
Once this is done, we will go through the range of motion of your feet and give you feedback and advice whilst in a comfortable, laid back, clinical setting.
Our aim is to reach out to anyone who is a recently diagnosed diabetic, or for those who would just like to know some more about their general foot health as a diabetic, and how you can help you, take better care of your own feet.
If required, we can do any onward referrals to your GP.
This is particularly essential for individuals at higher risk of foot complications, such as those with diabetes or circulation issues. During the assessment, we check pulses, skin condition, and sensation using simple, non-invasive techniques.
This allows us to identify any early signs of reduced circulation or nerve damage, so that appropriate care and preventative measures can be put in place to protect your foot health.
